Pamela Phui
Pamela Phui’s seventeen years of work experience in the corporate world have established and reaffirmed her belief that one must present oneself professionally both physically and mentally as you would like someone to present themselves to you. Only then, your life will take a new meaning and so will the lives of those around you. She is a Human Resource Certified Trainer (HRDF Trainer). She has thirteen years of experiences as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Tokio Marine Global Re Asia Ltd i.e. a subsidiary of Tokio Marine Holdings, the largest insurance group based out of Japan, which specializes in Reinsurance in Asia with clients located throughout Asia, India, the Middle East, and Egypt. Her business travels to London, Dublin, and Japan had provided her to work and interact globally.
She also worked in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry where she had the opportunity to liaise with international agencies like Nestlé Malaysia, Heineken Malaysia Berhad, Kimberly-Clark Products (M) Sdn Bhd, Hawley & Hazel Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, L’Oréal Malaysia, and Procter & Gamble (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. She helped the companies and clients that she worked with improving their profitability and cash flows. Debt reduction, inventory, and receivables management are her forte.
She also served four years as an Audit Senior at Deloitte. Her audit engagement services at the Kota Kinabalu and Johor branches focus mainly on the hospitality industry, timber operations, financial institutions, property development, manufacturing, and retail.
In pursuing her own personal growth, Pamela took an interest in becoming a Certified Brand Image Professional Consultant. As she always took interest in the beauty industry, she has conducted Skin Care, Makeup and Grooming classes for the Labuan Immigration officers, Labuan hotels, and local Beauty Pageants finalists, local associations, and public.

After attending countless programs and seminars in London, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, Pamela has always wanted to pass her experience and knowledge to the people surrounding her. With her specialization in leadership, image consulting, branding, management soft skills, and attitude transformation, she delivers this knowledge to the people during her course of work experience above. She was a former Partner of BrandImage Consultancy East Malaysia and a member of MABIC (The Malaysia Association of Brand and Image Consultants). She is currently the appointed Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) Ambassador to promote Chartered Accounting qualification and Accountancy as a profession to East Malaysia schools. Pamela also writes articles about image and brand for individual and corporate companies are also featured in newspaper i.e. The Borneo Post, Utusan Borneo and The See Hua Daily and East Malaysia’s leading property magazine Property Hunter.
Pamela also a member of volunteering and causes for children’s education as an active member of World Vision and supports wildlife conservation and endangered species through the World Wide Fund (WWF).
